what the fuck coulda caused this???
ok i was taking my explorer to a tranny shop to do a check up and the cd player was working fine. the guy at the shop got in a test drove it. he came back said your good so i got in and pressed the on button for my cd player and it didnt work i got home and pulled the cd player out and it was smoking. basily it fried all the wires are ash and the back of it is black. any ways he was messing around with the 4wd button to check it. could a ground wire hitting the cd player cause it? not hitting wires they where all tapped up. also i notice that a set of my speaker wires where un taped coming from the cd player. could that have done it? if they where touching?
how you figure? the tape was pulled of and it worked fine until he got done driving it.
